Toe load measuring device is used to determine the toe load of elastic rail clips during service in the field. Pujara Engineers offers universally one of best designs of toe load measurement device. Device has a electronic load cell for gauging the load imparted by toe of rail clip. Machine has been modularly designed to incorporate measurement for multiple ERCs (Mk III & Mk V) and other rail clip designs.
Product has load capacity of 2 tons and is suitable for all variants of ERC used in Indian Railways and all other rail clip variants used on metro/railway networks. Device comes with pre calibrated loadcell-digital display integrated unit with option of load display in kilogram force or Kilo Newton (KN) force.
